Changing MSDE from Win NT authentication to Mixed

is there a way to change MSDE from Win NT authentication only to Mixed mode
authentication without reinstalling and without Enterprice Manager?

Modify the below registry key value to 2 and restart the MSSQL Server
service.
HKLM\SoftWare\Microsoft\MSSQLSXERVER\MSSQLSERVER\
LoginMode=1 (NT Autentication)
LoginMode=2 (Mixed Mode)
