Changing sa password on reporting services DB server

I need to know how to change ReportManager to use the new SA password for the DB Server. I can not get into an interface since the sa password was changed. Everything gives a login failed for user 'sa' error message.
You need to use RSCONFIG with the -sql switch to do this. Have a look in the
helpfile for the full syntax. If you can't find it then I'll dig it out of
my notes, as I had the same issue a few weeks ago.
