Changing the look of Report Manager

Is there a way to change the size of the text boxes and other items that appear in report manager when you run a report? I am referring to the size of the boxes that the user can enter information into to run the report.

This has been discussed alot on the forum, in short the answer is "somewhat". You can modify the cascading style sheets for the report manager, I found a good thread on that yesterday but can't find it right now.
